一：功能特性

188金宝搏五轴加工中心采用五轴差补算法。具备刀尖跟随RTCP功能，真正实现五轴联动，该技术科减少用工成本，提高加工速度、加工精度及加工效率，为企业长期赢利创造机会。五轴加工中心可具备曲面无死角全方位雕刻、镂空、钻孔、倒角、切边、分条、打磨等功能，可实现打样、批量化生产等多个用途。

188金宝搏机台采用的主要组件包含以下几个部分：

1. 五轴联动CNC数控系统，支持五轴插补算法（TTCP）
2. 台湾上银满维护丝杆和导轨，高精细加工稳定耐用。
3. 意大利HSD7-18KW360度风冷变频主轴电机。
4. 日本安川伺服电机2000W总线结构，绝对值，智能加工越界保护功能，可以防止设计文件过大加工时引起的机械碰撞，且不用额外加装限位装置，确保安全精准加工。
